All Products are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase via courier or registered post from Dublin, Ireland. Shipping costs are calculated at Checkout and are based on weight and delivery location.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

New Product.

We want you to be happy with your new items, therefore we offer an easy return & exchange policy, items can be returned in store within 7 days of receiving or purchasing your product with all original packaging, unused and in the condition you received it in with the original till receipt. Any returns without an original receipt will only be offered an exchange.

Vintage Fashion.

 Exchange Only, unless otherwise agreed upon or quality issue.

Online Purchases. 

All online purchases are subject to the same return & exchange policy listed above, however; we ask that you contact us at lyonloring@gmail.com or through our "Contact" page on the website(at the top right hand corner of the page), within 7 days of you receiving your items, the return has to then be shipped back to us and received within 7 day of making contact, unless otherwise agreed upon, all items received after that 7 day period will not be processed. Returns do not include original shipping costs and all Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
